The nine-ton oven, lined with gold and built on site by a Naples company, is the centrepiece of this restaurant. The pizzas accompanied by boutique beers (over 30) complete the scenery. The chef and owner is a Nepalese with an Italian soul. Proof of this is the long list of pizzas served, some made with the best ingredients from Italy, others with traditional Portuguese ingredients. This is the case of the Transumância (Transhumance) pizza with PDO San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella Fiori di latte, truffles, sheep’s cheese and black pig ham; the Pastorinha (Shepherdess), with black pudding from Monchique and sheep's cheese spread; or the Dory with smoked cod, roasted peppers and sautéed watercress.
