Partnering with Chocolates Regina, the Portuguese airline rescues its historic iconography and strengthens the investment in the promotion of Portuguese products
Regina, the largest Portuguese chocolate brand, with a long history of products that have delighted several generations, has created a chocolate collection to be served exclusively on board the company's planes. The chocolates are presented in wrappers with Portugal-inspired themes, which are organized into iconographic collections: Portuguese regions, retro TAP images, and symbols of Portugal.
In addition to these collectible wrappers, TAP passengers will also be able to try different flavors during their flights, such as milk chocolate or 70% dark chocolate - plain or flavored with orange and basil or salt flower.
These chocolates are already being served on long-haul flights, and starting in early March the collection will also be available in medium-haul and Porto-Lisbon flights.
An original way to strengthen TAP's commitment to the 'Embracing Portugal' project, announced by the company in March 2017, through which the airline intends to act as an ambassador of the country and showcase the finest Portuguese products around the world.
